Mr Wilson L. Chua, Bitstop president, passed the Microsoft 70-299 Implementing and Administering Security in a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network.
This certification exam measures the ability to implement, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot security in a Windows Server 2003 network infrastructure and also plan and configure a Windows Server 2003 Public Key Infrastructure.
The Manpower Skills Training Center of Don Bosco will be launching the Microsoft Unlimited Potential project on June 29, 2004 at the Don Bosco Academy, Green Meadows Subdivision, Mabiga, Mabalacat, Pampanga at 10:30 am.

Microsoft is sponsoring a full-day briefing with Sun Microsystems organized by the CIO Forum. Dubbed the Government CIO Forum Open Technology Briefing, the event will tackle the issues involved in the adoption of commercial software vis-à-vis open source.
It will be held on July 1 at the Rizal Ballroom of the Makati Shangri-la Hotel. Expect an audience of at least 200 government CIOs and ITECC members.
Bitstop expects Digitel to activate another 30 56kbps dialup lines today. Once deployed, Bitstop will have a total of 375 dialup lines to service its Nitro and Extreme Dialup users.
The additional lines are expected to cope with the increased demand for dialup lines brought about by the huge usage of Netrocket internet acceleration service that provides DSL like performance for dialup users.
Lyceum Northwestern University has upgraded its internet from 512kbps to a full E1 (2048kbps) CIR from Bitstop.
LNU is among the newest university to be granted full deregulation status and AJA accreditation with ISO9001 -2000 certification.
The E1 is in line with President Gonzalo Duque’s vision of excellence in education as they prepare their students for cluster computing and online education initiatives.
