Digitel launched Phase II of its aDSL expansion program and has tapped Bitstop to provide end-user technical support to all its installed base of aDSL subscribers in Region I. (La Union will be handled by Basic Internet.)

This move will bring the benefits of Bitstop’s extensive customer care experience and Digitel’s massive last mile infrastructure to the end user.
Bitstop will be in need of 10 additional outbound and inbound customer care specialist and 10 additional marketing research assistants. Interested applicants with good command of spoken and written English are preferred.
