The new Sandisk 64GB Flash Drive OTG has a few people freaking out. A reader at SuperUser recently posted a message on Reddit about this problem, and it is not too surprising. The drive has been formatted as NTFS, which means that it shows the full 64GB storage capacity. Regardless of how you use it, this is a pretty handy piece of technology.
It has been around for awhile now, but it seems like just yesterday that I was comparing it to my XP backup disk. Now that I have a new Sandisk 64GB OTG, I’m freaking out. Why? Because it’s a little more powerful than I need! Hopefully, this latest drive won’t fail me, but for now it will be just fine. I hope it’s not a total loss!
As far as the speed of these drives is concerned, they are all the same. The only difference is the quality of the components and the USB port. The best drives use good memory and advanced controllers, while cheaper models use cheap components. However, if you need a high-speed USB flash drive, the Sandisk 64GB is worth the money. These devices have a lot of features, and they’re also easy to use.
