There's also an article on the goolge's search list that involved Atty. Magdaleno Peña in a case versus him and Urban Bank.

Now, a reference to both Gen Jarque and the Urban Bank case was mentioned by Plinky in a TV interview with Ces Drilon's tv program "Get Real" aired on November 29, 2005.

I've been reading these comments about the Recto- Pena issue, and i agree with most that this Pena guy could really do those terrible things. If he is as powerful as they say he is, and if he can buy witnesses... Then he is indeed a formidable opponent. I just hope that Ms. Recto be provided with security personnel. A desperate man who resorts to kidnapping his own son can do a much greater damage... I'm glad that she came out with it, That way, everybody knows about the issue and this kinds of, safeguards her from whatever plans, this guy has for her.

Mr Peña is in his 40s so you can't say he's oooooold but he may be older.

bloged: Seeming you havent a clue to who he is I also suggest you keep name calling when referring to Mr Peña to nil. Some of the most powerful Filipinos are seldom mentioned in media for good reason.

el ginbo: He is known to be very litigious so in the event he were to take Plinky's advice and Google himself he may decide to sue bitstop to divulge your IP address el ginbo.

Cassandra: Mr Peña is not related to any of the Arroyos. Even if he did I doubt he'd use his connections to them to defend himself. He is more than capable to defend himself and has the resources to slug things out for decades within our judicial system.

Mr. Bago City, Negros Occidental: Mr Peña's nickname isn't buddy.

May: That isnt him. That website is US-only. As far as I know Mr Peña hasnt undergone a mugshot.

Cassandra: It appears Plinky is similar to Kris Aquino. They both come from prominent families but appear to like being linked to men of power.

curl: If Plinky really believes Mr Peña is a 'gangster' and 'land grabber' then I suggest she look up those terms in the dictionary. If those malicious allegations are true she has more to worry about in her life. I dont think Plinky could do much damage to Mr Peña but it appears Plinky may be the more violent one of the two. Just because Plinky is a girl and has a gift for acting doesnt make her less likely to be the offending party. Anyone woman knows that woman can do anything a man can and at times outdo him.

blued: I doubt the guy's ugly as his siblings arent bad looking and look great. He's in his 40s. Expect Plinky & her friends to post a photo of him soon. Would his picture prove whether Plinky was after his money or his looks? Either way it makes Plinky look bad.

leeza: Indeed you are right. If Plinky had a good moral upbringing she wouldnt have premarital sex irregardless she is religious or not. Alas money doesnt automatically mean good upbringing.

tallulah: The bad writeups on Mr Peña is a pure smear campaign to win public sympathy for Plinky. In the Philippines it isnt whether you are right or wrong but whoever the Filipinos root for. Plinky has some things going for her. She's female, 'celebrity', has friends in media, comes from prominent clan and has support for the ultra-feminist Gabriella. If the Christian God were to bless a sinner like Plinky then you may as well convert to Hinduism.

thumb tax: Mr Peña's family doesnt have a history of balding and are known to look young for their age. I'm guessing Plinky likes powerful men and you do not get anymore powerful than Mr Peña.

arlene: You make out Mr Peña as if he's in his 80s already. I dont think a man in his 40s would exhibit an odor of a man in his twilight. If you have nothing intelligent to say just stop posting. You obviously have no idea what your talking about and know nothing about Mr Peña. I doubt it has anything to do with money as the Rectos are rich. Even if Plinky's family disowned her for her lifestyle she would still have an allowance or a trustfund. Then again if she lives beyond her means then that's a different story all together. A father has the right to see his son so how can this be considered kidnapping? Plinky's really a bright girl.

I know Magdaleno "Magsy" Pena and i can tell you all he is a very evil he wont mind lying cheating and stealing. he even kidnapped his grandmother when she was getting sick to get a hold of her vast inheritance. he together with his sister Vicky Pena Yulo conspired against their own mother to cheat her out of her deserved inheritance and when the grandmother died they didnt bother holding a funeral service they just wrapped her in a bedsheet and stuffed her in the cemetery kahon. Magdaleno or Magsy as known to many is suspected of having been responsible of the deaths of several people. The ultimate summer dream I have with the whole family. Thanks to this site www.topworld.com planning to travel is a lot convenient.
Long considered as one of the best diving spots in the country, it lies just southwest of Duljo Point off Panglao Reef. As with Panglao Island, the waters are incredibly clear with visibility of over 100 feet (30 meters) and the beaches pristine. Coral cover is excellent and fish abundant. Surrounded by a sandy coraline beach, the island is fringed by a coral reef 9-49.5 m. wide. Balicasag is extra interesting because of its black coral forest. Large fish spotted include barracuda, jacks, parrotfish and garoupa. Turtles are a common sighting too.

Has anyone imagined the lives of the poor civilians in mindanao? Caught in the crossfires of two forces. Hey! all of you! does this matter to you at all?! I don't think those muslim extremists could own even a handgun if there is no funding from other sources. At one point I can see those muslim businessman selling fake and pirated CD's and DVD's, selling drugs, and even prostitution. Why don't we start from them. Cause they don't deserve a place in our society the fact that they are selling items illegally and operating an illegal business. Let's start from them let's kick them out.
