Oct 10, 2009 6pm Update: Power is restored in our Data Center in bonuan We do not know the status for the rest of the city. Jeepney routes are open up to Gorings. Nepo Mall is still unpassable to small vehicles.
Oct 10, 2009 9am Update. There is NO truth to the rumor that there are cracks in San Roque Dam. We have word from San Roque that the DAM is still solid. It is still releasing water on all 6 gates but at a lower rate. "This is to assure the public - San Roque Dam is INTACT. There is no crack. There will be no dam break. Oct 8, 2009 -We only have scant news as the city is on power blackouts. No radio, cellphone coverage is also spotty. We know that San Roque Dam has opened all 6 flood gates and water has flooded all the major roads. Some of our agents were stranded in Mangaldan. We dont know when power will be restored, neither do we know why there is a blackout.
