If you are like us, we need to be able to remotely manage and train other network admins and users. So from time to time we need to be able to show our desktops to remotely connected clients via the internet. Previously, we used WebEX or Microsoft's Live Communications Server.

Thanks to Mark Martirez, Philippine call center Chief Technology Officer, we found out about DimDIM. Try it out. It is free for up to 20 particpants per meeting!! It is also web based, so except for some plugins, you dont really need to install anything.

In our trials, we were impressed with the ease of use, video and audio conferncing, desktop sharing, and Powerpoint slide presentation capabilities!
