Dagupan City Hall Call Center

Bitstop Inc worked with Dagupan City Hall to deploy their call center operations under City Mayor Al S. Fernandez. The City Hall call center is envisioned to speed delivery of vital services to the citizens of Dagupan.

Bitstop Inc used call center Ready PABX system with fully digitized Customer Relationship Management System to handle the expected flow of calls to the City Hall call center. Photo shows Mr Joseph Sto Domingo and Larry Munoz in the brand new call center.

Benny,

The post may have been misleading and we thank you for pointing that out. The call center operation inside the Dagupan City hall is owned by the local Government. It is not a private entity doing commercial operations within public premises.

Their purpose in setting up the call center is to allow more interaction with dagupenos who wish to call them up. Things like reporting fire, crime etc are now easier to do with the trunk lines and the 24 hour staff covering the center. 5/1/2008 9:46 AM | Wilson

its customer service, duh!
its a type of service rendered over the phone you call it call center. 911 is a call center, 114 is call center and a lot more. there are call centers for technical support, product inquiry, booking and ticketing, even callcenters for those who are in need of "kasambahay" (you call me i"ll provide you w/ yaya something like that). it is just how you understand the term call center. 5/16/2008 11:50 AM | r3@d3r!

is there any job vacancies for this call center? i have a talented friend who is formerly a call center Agent from manila but came home because of her two children, and she is badly in need of a job to sustain the needs of her two children. got separated 10yrs ago and now working alone to survive, last week the NCO Company hired her, but she refused the job because its too far to stay,away from her young ones. i juz hope you might try her skills, her name is MA.
