2008 Regional ICT Congress on Feb 26-27, 2008

Medialink Events Management in cooperation with the City Government of Dagupan will spearhead the 2008 Regional Information & Communications Technology Congress with the theme “Positioning the Region towards ICT Dominance in the Philippines” on February 26 and 27, 2008 at the Dagupan City People’s Astrodome. 

This two-day event will feature keynote lectures from prominent national and regional leaders in the field of information technology, media, and telecommunications.

This affair will give local and national businesses and academic institutions a huge audience of potential market as thousands of participants coming from the business community, high school and college students, and practitioners in the ICT and media sectors are expected to grace the event.

Gravatar yes there is a fee I think its 350 Im not sure but there is.... about the certificate maybe there is one,
