The Provincial Environment and  Natural Resources Office of the Province of Pangasinan is inviting eligible bidders to enter into contract with said office to provide labor and materials for the general repair and expansion into a two-story facility of DENR-LMB building located at A.B. Fernandez West, Dagupan City involving the following scope of works: 

  • EARTHWORKS:   Excavate trenches as shown on plans. Supply, spread and compact imported fill to lien and grade;
  • CONCRETING WORKS: Supply labor and materials to construct Reinforced Concrete Foundation, Columns and Beams, Slab on Fill, and Reinforced Concrete Slab. 
  • MASONRY WORKS:  Supply labor and materials to construct 6” thick concrete Hollow block perimeter wall up to first floor finished floor line only. 
  • ROOF FRAMING WORKS: supply labor and materials to fabricate and install steel trusses, 2“x3“ c-purlins and fascia boards.
  • ROOFING Works: supply labor and materials to install pre-painted tile span roofing sheets Ga 26 including ridge caps, valley gutters and spanish -type gutters

Approved and authorized project for the contract is 1million pesos. Bid opening shall be held on Feb 10, 2006 at 10am Office of the PENR Officer, DENR,  AB Fernandez West, Dagupan City. the PENRO reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject any bids at any time, PRIOR to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s. --Samuel Gumangan, BAC Chairman.
