eRadioportal Test Streams from Bayantel

eRadioportal is now streaming out from Bayantel. Users in Bayantel and nearby networks will automatically be redirected to using the Bayantel Streaming server via Global content distribution algorigthm created by Ateneo team headed by Martin Gomez.

If the tests are successful, eRadioportal will have a combined bandwidth of close to 500mbps!

This is good progress, I am connected to BayanTel and is now listening to the Mareco CD stream and is very fast and continuous.

One thing though, I hope other radio stations would also have a higher bitrate streams, broadband days naman na kase, so that we'll have an option to listen to more clearer and quality streams. 32kbps just don't cut my taste for a pleasurable listening experience. 12/7/2005 6:18 PM | Sherwin

Can you check the streaming for RX931? there is a constant scratching sound in the background. thanks 12/9/2005 10:40 AM | Francis
